The Orca Challenger Now available as a bareboat charter!

The Orca Challenger is now available as a bareboat charter. A stout, seaworthy vessel to access Prince William Sound for wildlife viewing, sport fishing, hunting and research. Plenty of back deck space for fishing or equipment.  The cabin roof easily accommodates kayaks or an inflatable boat. Back deck davit for lifting heavy objects. The O.C. accommodates up to 6 people for day use and up to 4 people overnight. All you need to bring is your personal gear and sleeping bags. Price does not include food and fuel.

• 30' x 12' Winterhalter hull, twin 200hp Johnson outboards, 250 gallons fuel, 30 gallons water 
• Onboard electronics include: VHF radio, color sounder, GPS plotter, and radar
• USCG required safety equipment on boa rd
• Forward v-berth with 2 bunks, convertible dinette, enclosed marine head (toilet)
• Dickenson Bering marine oil stove, butane 1 burner stove, cooler to store food.
• 15kg Bruce anchor w/10 fathoms chain and 150’ Samson braid line
• Davit w/block and winch for lifting/pulling shrimp pots and scientific sampling gear
• Moored in Cordova Small Boat Harbor, slip I-64

Equipped with PFDs, 6 gallons fuel, boat box (whistle, tools), VHF radio, flares, emergency blanket, throwable rescue device (cushion), anchor, paddle, map, tide book, wash bucket, brush, spare prop and      advice. Launched in the harbor with a slip. Gaff or dip net available.

Damage deposit for all rentals is $200.  Rentals are based on a 12 hour day. All equipment must be returned by 9 pm to avoid late fees.
